By downloading, installing, or using the BeautyOnTheMove mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.
Legal Entity: BeautyOnTheMove is a trading name of Miamor Trading (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa with registration number 2025/025014/07, operating from Cape Town, South Africa.
Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cape Town, Western Cape.
2. Service Description
BeautyOnTheMove is a platform that connects customers with beauty service providers (technicians). Our services include:
- Service booking and scheduling
- Location-based technician matching
- In-app messaging and communication
- Payment processing
- Service tracking and notifications
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Create an account with accurate information
- Maintain the security of your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Not share your account credentials
4. User Responsibilities
For Customers:
- Provide accurate booking information
- Be present at the scheduled service time
- Pay for services as agreed
- Treat technicians with respect
- Provide a safe environment for services
For Technicians:
- Provide professional, quality services
- Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
- Maintain proper licensing and insurance
- Use safe, hygienic practices
- Respect customer privacy and property
5. Payment Terms
Payment processing is handled through Google Play Store:
- Subscription fees are charged monthly
- Service payments are processed securely
- Refunds are subject to Google Play policies
- Prices may change with notice
- Taxes are included where applicable
6. Service Cancellation
Cancellation policies:
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before service
- Late cancellations may incur fees
- No-shows are charged full service fee
- Technicians may cancel with 2 hours notice
6.5 Wallet and Withdrawals
Wallet System:
- All users have a digital wallet within the Platform
- Wallet holds funds from: earnings (technicians), refunds (customers), vouchers, credits
- No fees for storing funds in wallet
- Wallet balance visible in real-time
Withdrawal Eligibility:
Technicians:
- Withdraw earnings from completed services
- Funds available immediately after service completion
- Must complete identity verification
- Must add verified bank account
Customers:
- Withdraw refunds from cancelled services
- Withdraw unused voucher credits
- Withdraw unused promotional credits
- Cannot withdraw funds paid for active bookings
Withdrawal Fees:

- Minimum withdrawal: R50
- Maximum per day: R10,000
- Processing time: 1-3 business days
- Fee: FREE for withdrawals β₯ R100 | R10 flat fee for withdrawals < R100

- Minimum withdrawal: N$100
- Maximum per day: N$10,000
- Processing time: 2-5 business days
- Fee: N$25 flat fee (all withdrawals)
Withdrawal Rules:
- Maximum 1 withdrawal request per day
- Withdrawals processed Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays)
- Must have verified bank account or mobile money account
- Fees automatically deducted from withdrawal amount
- Cannot withdraw funds subject to active disputes
- Platform may delay withdrawals for fraud investigation (max 14 days)
Bank Account Verification:
- Must match name on Platform account
- South African bank accounts only (for ZAR)
- Namibian bank accounts only (for NAD)
- Supported banks: All major SA/NA banks

7. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Use the service for illegal activities
- Harass or discriminate against others
- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt to circumvent payment systems
- Interfere with app functionality
- Share inappropriate or harmful content
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of BeautyOnTheMove are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Privacy and Data

10. Disclaimers
BeautyOnTheMove provides a platform for connecting users but:
- We do not provide beauty services directly
- We do not guarantee service quality or outcomes
- We are not responsible for disputes between users
- Services are provided "as is" without warranties
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeautyOnTheMove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeautyOnTheMove from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our service or violation of these terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:
- Violation of these terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment of fees
- Inappropriate behavior

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
